Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join our growing, patient-focused dermatology practice.   • Base Salary: $400,000 annually plus 40–45% of collections.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for a wide range of skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancers, and cosmetic concerns.

Perform in-office dermatologic procedures such as skin biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, and laser treatments.


Provide preventive care and educate patients on skincare routines, sun protection, and early detection of skin diseases.

Collaborate with physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare staff to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with practice and regulatory standards.

Stay current with advances in dermatology through ongoing education and professional development.

Qualifications

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

Completion of an accredited dermatology residency program.

Board Certification or Eligibility in Dermatology.

Active and unrestricted medical license (or eligibility to obtain) in Pennsylvania and/or Delaware.
