Practice Overview
- You'll join a collaborative team covering clinics in Lindstrom and Sandstone, If you are seeking a General Derm or Dermpath position, we have multiple locations to offer to you.
- General dermatology with high demand for surgical excisions (no Mohs required)
- Opportunity if you wish to serve as site director for up to three locations
- Well-supported outpatient setting with efficient administrative infrastructure
Schedule
- 4-day workweek with no weekend or hospital call
- Live where you wish
- Mix of clinic-based general dermatology and procedural dermatology
- Flexibility in site coverage, with home base in Lindstrom
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $650K plus 45-50% of collections
- Additional $50K per site director role (up to $150K extra)
- Potential total compensation in the $800K+ range (harder you want to work, you will reap the rewards)
- Full benefits package including 401(k), malpractice, CME, and relocation assistance
Candidate Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology
- Strong interest in performing surgical excisions
- No Mohs fellowship required
- Comfortable working across multiple clinic sites
