About the Opportunity:
Join a newly established and growing dermatology practice in the Quad Cities area with the support of an experienced dermatologist and a large referral network. This is a unique chance to help build and shape a dermatology program within a respected, integrated health system that values patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive outpatient dermatologic care to a diverse patient population

Collaborate closely with referring primary care and specialty providers across a large integrated network

Contribute to a high-demand specialty with significant growth potential in both clinical and procedural dermatology

Participate in a supportive work environment focused on quality care and teamwork
Candidate Requirements:

Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible in Dermatology (must become Board Certified within 1 year of employment if Board Eligible; no exemptions)

Within 3 years of Residency completion for Board Eligible candidates

Iowa medical license or ability to obtain

Willingness to help build a new practice alongside a seasoned dermatologist

Open to H1B visa sponsorship (H1B only; no other visas supported)

Clean malpractice history highly preferred
