Job Type- Full- time
shift- Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
Pay Range- $ 450,000- 650000 Annual

A well-established, physician-owned dermatology practice located near Ithaca, NY is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join their dynamic team. - Compensation: $350,000–$650,000+ annually
- Guaranteed base salary plus productivity bonus (Year 1)
- Straight percentage of collections (Subsequent years)
Schedule:
- Flexible 4–4.5 day workweek
- Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
- No call or weekend responsibilities
Clinical Focus:
- General Dermatology (bread and butter cases)
- Optional expansion into Cosmetic Dermatology and MOHS Surgery
- Optional teaching opportunities with medical students/residents
- Modern, purpose-built dermatology facility
- Full medical assistant support
- On-site surgical suites
- Additional space available for future MOHS service expansion
Qualifications:
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Dermatology (ABD)
- Strong commitment to high-quality patient care
