* Amount of coverage needed per month: 4-5 days per week
* Patients per day:15-25 per day
* Patient population/age :All ages
* Department description: Predominately medical/surgical DERM (very little cosmetic unless someone wants to bring that with them to the practice - If they want to do this, they need to understand it won't be a large % of the practice.

Requirements: Must be DNCB, AANP, ANCC
