Practice Overview:
– Employed by 99 bed community hospital with 12 satellite clinics, providing care to 12 counties
– Currently employs 68 Physicians in 35 areas of medicine – all will refer to you
– Large and establish patient panel
– Will oversee 2 Derm Physician Assistants, see own patient panel
– Clinic based with medical dermatology focus
– Cosmetic exposure available

Compensation Overview:
– 3 year base salary plus WRVU incentives
– Previous providers demonstrate income of over $600,000
– Retention bonus or student loan assistance
– Sign on and relocation up to $50,000
– 5 Days CME with $4,000 allowance
– Comprehensive benefits
– Retirement: 3 percent employer contribution plus additional 50 percent match up to 8 percent
