4–5 day schedule, very light call

Mohs Micrographic Surgeon — up to $1.45M+ Total Comp (Base + % Collections) | 100k Sign-On | AR
StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with a private, physician-owned dermatology group in Arkansas (AR) to recruit a Mohs Micrographic Surgeon to anchor and scale a busy skin-cancer program. The platform includes an on-site ASC, in-house Mohs lab/dermatopathology, and experienced surgical support so you can focus on surgery, reconstruction, and outcomes.

Total income tied to collections (45–50%); $1M+ realistic at strong volumes; modeled up to ~$1.45M+Up to $100k sign-on

Fellowship-trained Mohs (ACMS preferred); experienced Mohs dermatologists without fellowship considered (advanced flaps/grafts)Board-Certified/Eligible in Dermatology; AR license or eligibility
