Cross Country Locums is seeking a Critical Care/Intensivist physician for a contract position in Michigan.
Open Dates: Oct 18, 2021 through 4/25/2022
Desired Schedule: Rotating shifts 7a - 7p and 7p to 7a
Worksite Setting: Hospital setting Level 1 Trauma
Scope of Work:
Inpatient Critical Care admits and rounding
Average number of ICU patients per day is 16
Average number of admissions per day are 4
Provider will supervise APPs. APPs assist with admissions and Neuro ICU coverage
Residents are also assigned to work in ICU
CC Medicine and Neuro ICU
Invasive (ETT/NT/Tracheostomy)
Non Invasive (BiPAP/CPAP
Central Lines, Art Lines, Lumbar puncture, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Chest tube insertion, Bronchoscopy, Evaluation & Management of Acute Volume/BP issues
Requirements: ACLS, BLS
Will accept providers needing to get MI license
Must be BC/BE
EMR/EHR system: EPIC
