Locum Tenens Physician - Critical Care
Position Type: Locum
Specialty: Physician - Critical Care
Location: Boise, ID
Shift: Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) and Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult Trauma Patients
Setting: Inpatient ICU (Level II Trauma Center)
Responsibilities: Inpatient ICU rounding and admissions, occasional pulmonary consults, supervise Family Medicine residents as needed, and provide critical care coverage.
Required Procedures: Critical care procedures as required by the facility
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
Days Per Month: Ongoing coverage as needed (Must cover September and October blocks)
On-Call/Weekends: No call; weekend coverage required
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified and Fellowship Trained in Critical Care
- Active Idaho License or Active IMLC (with LOQ proof)
- ACLS, DEA, and CSR
- NPDB Report (within the last 30 days)
