Tucson Medical Center, licensed at more than 600 beds, has been Tucson’s locally governed nonprofit regional hospital for more than 80 years. We are currently recruiting for an intensivist to join our adult critical care unit.
This 36-bed unit includes three areas: • Cardiac intensive care • General intensive care • Neurological and vascular care

If you enjoy teaching, this is an excellent opportunity, our ICU has residents 12 months of the year.

Job Responsibilities
Cardiac intensive care
General intensive care
Neurological and vascular care
Work 12‑hour shifts as part of an established intensivist team
Participate in a 7 on / 7 off schedule with flexibility to support work–life balance
Teach and supervise residents year‑round (residents present 12 months of the year)
Collaborate with a highly skilled support staff to deliver exceptional patient care
Uphold TMC’s mission: to provide exceptional health care with compassion
Qualifications
Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
Must be eligible to obtain an Arizona medical license
Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
