Critical Care Locum job in Boise, ID

Hospital is looking for a Critical Care Physician to cover the below dates. Ongoing coverage as needed.

• Inpatient ICU rounding/admitting; occasional pulmonary consult
• Setting: Adults, Trauma
• Level II Trauma
• Number of patients per day: 25 on ICU list, average 5 admits per night
• Support Staff: APP's that support the ICU physicians, though they already have a formal Supervising Physician
• Locum would be involved in covering/supervising Family Medicine residents occasionally
• EMR: Epic
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days.

Dates Needing Coverage (candidates MUST be able to cover "most dates" - not 1 or 2 blocks)

• June 15-21 Nampa ICU nights 7PM-7AM
• July 6-12 Boise ICU nights 7PM-7AM
• July 13-19 Boise ICU nights 7PM-7AM
• July 20-26 Nampa ICU nights 7PM-7AM
• July 27-Aug 2 Nampa ICU days 7AM-7PM
• Aug 3-9 Boise ICU days 7AM-7PM
• Aug 10-16 Nampa ICU nights 7PM-7AM
• Aug 17-23 Nampa ICU nights 7PM-7AM
• Aug 24-30 Boise ICU

Please make sure you have the following items readily available for your provider at the time of acceptance in order to expedite the credentialing process

• MD diploma
• Internship/residency/fellowship certs
• All medical licenses
• DEA
• Board Certification
• Life support cards- BLS
• Current and previous certificates of insurance
• Driver’s license
• Professional color photo/headshot
• CMEs for the past 2 years
• Immunization records including TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, and COVID
• References
• Case logs

Submission Requirements

• Board Certified in Critical Care - [REQUIRED]
• Fellowship in Critical Care - [REQUIRED]
• ACLS, DEA, CSR - [REQUIRED]
• Comfortable performing required procedures listed in job description- [REQUIRED]
• License: active Idaho license or active IMLC (with proof of LOQ) - [REQUIRED]
• Must have proof of COVID-19 Vaccine - Required - Verbal Confirmation needed at time of name clear
