Furthermore, you have the option to join our CCATT team, a highly specialized three-person medical team that enhances standard aeromedical evacuation crews, essentially turning an aircraft into a flying intensive care unit. This opportunity can open doors for you to pursue your dreams and aspirations. If this prospect interests you, please feel free to reach out for additional information.

There is a starting bonus ranging from $275,000 to $600,000 if eligible, along with annual/monthly incentive pays and the opportunity to reduce your taxable income through the New Blended Retirement System (similar to 401K).

What You Can Gain From This Air Force Experience:

4) Patients include Active Duty members (Air Force, Army, Marines, and Navy), Wounded Warriors, military retirees, and military family members

5) No need to carry malpractice insurance - we have you covered

7) Clinical autonomy to treat patients based on your critical judgment with no capitation, HMOs, or fee-for-service

8) No overhead costs or business chores

9) Less work hours, stable work weeks, minimal on-call time, and 30 days paid leave per year, providing a better work-life balance

This is a real opportunity to advance your career, gain leadership and experience, and provide quality care as you see fit. No career stagnation here!
