• Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 1-4 weeks per month, shifts to be released in April (likely 3-4 day blocks)
• ICU: Open for nights
• Department Description: 1 provider facility with residents
• EMR: Cerner
• ICU: 11 beds, 2 overflow beds
• Hospital Bed size: 99 beds
• Procedures: intubation, central line placement and vent management
• Additional Information: Hospitalists cover facility at night

• Board Certification: Critical Care
• License Required: have time to license, AZ license
• DEA: yes
• Minimum Experience Required: 1+ year of experience
