A cardiology physician is needed in Hawaii for interventional coverage. The clinic hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The call schedule will be on a 1:3 or 1:4 weekend rotation. Locum tenens responsibilities will be inpatient with ICU coverage, outpatient coverage, and non-invasive procedures. Echocardiography, TEEs, and nuclear cardiology are preferred. The covering physician will see an average of 25 patients in the hospital per day. Candidates must be board certified and fellowship trained. Assistance with hospital privileges will be provided.
