One of our clients in Pennsylvania needs assistance with Internal Medicine - Cardiology locum tenens coverage. Here are some of the details.
- Location: Southwest PA, 1.5 hours from Pittsburgh
- Facility: 545-bed Hospital
- Coverage Dates: Mar 8, Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8a – 4p; one call night per week 4pm Friday-8am Monday; Weekend call 4pm Friday-8am Monday
- Case: Perform Transesophageal Echos (TEE’s) – request privilege and meet the requirements; Conscious Sedation needed for TEE privileges; Read Echocardiograms
- Setting: Inpatient, Epic EMR System; approximately 15 consults and 25 follow-ups per day; Support staff includes 3 PA’s during the week, 1 PA on weekends
- Must be PA licensed and Board Certified; Fellowship required; Active PA and DEA; current ACLS through American Heart Association
