Cardiology / Cardiac Imaging Program Lead
-Non-invasive and interventional cardiology, cardiac imaging (CT and MRI).
-Electrophysiology (CRM, ICD and atrial fibrillation ablative procedures)
-Vascular surgery (open and endovascular)
-Cardiothoracic surgery (coronary revascularization, high risk surgical valve repair/ replacement)
- Structural heart and valve center (TAVR, MitraClip, ASD/ PFO closure, VSD closure, Left Atrial Appendage Closure)
This position is ideal for the right candidate seeking long term professional satisfaction in a growing and well balanced cardiology practice, within a successful and forward thinking regional healthcare system.
- The qualified candidate will oversee and develop our Greater Charlotte Market Imaging Programs at five hospitals and eight outpatient facilities.
- The candidate will provide vision, growth and expansion of imaging including echocardiography, CT, MRI and nuclear cardiology.
- Ideally the candidate will engage in a leadership role with radiology to further advance the cardiac multi-modality imaging program.
- An interest in structural heart disease imaging would be a plus.
- This is a predominantly clinical position with some research potential and candidate will be involved in providing care in outpatient as well as inpatient setting.
