Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree
- Graduate of an Accredited Cardiology Training Program
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiology
- Existing (or ability to obtain) California Medical License
