This position spans nine months and covers both general and electrophysiology (EP) cardiology, providing comprehensive cardiovascular care. The role involves both inpatient and clinic settings with supportive staff and flexible calling hours. Start as soon as possible to fill coverage gaps in a 247-bed facility.

Job Responsibilities - Provide general and electrophysiology cardiology care with supervisory responsibilities that may include rounding and admissions. - Perform general cardioversions and transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs), with an average of 2-4 TEEs per shift. - Collaborate effectively with support staff, including APC support available Monday through Saturday.
Qualifications - MD/DO with a focus on cardiology, particularly in general and EP. - Documented experience within the last 24 months, demonstrating competence in cardiovascular disease services and electrophysiology cases. - Current WA state medical license or eligible for IMLC; the facility is willing to assist with licensing if needed. - Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and ARNP certified.
Working Hours - Day shifts with flexible hours and call coverage requirements. - Orientation includes non-billable training hours.
Skills - Proficient in EPIC EMR system. - Strong clinical skills in both general cardiology and electrophysiology. - Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.
