  • Inpatient rounding and consultations
  • Weeklong and extended coverage blocks

Assignment Details Location: Lincoln, Nebraska Duration: Limited to specific coverage blocks; ongoing coverage is not confirmed Coverage Hours: 7:00 AM–7:00 AM Setting: Inpatient Weekday Coverage: Hospital rounding, consultations, and general night call Weekend Coverage: Rounding, consultations, and 24-hour call Clinic: None Credentialing: Approximately 60–90 days EMR: Epic ### Open Coverage Dates November 20–December 6, 2026 December 21–27, 2026 January 11–17, 2027 January 26–31, 2027 February 8–14, 2027 February 22–28, 2027 March 8–14, 2027 March 29–April 4, 2027 ### Requirements Board certified or board eligible in General Cardiology Active ACLS and BLS certifications Active DEA registration Ability to perform transesophageal echocardiograms Specific availability required at submission Active Nebraska medical license highly preferred Clean malpractice history highly preferred ### Clinical Details Inpatient cardiology rounding and consultations General cardiology night call Weekend rounding and consult coverage TEE capability required No cardiac catheterization laboratory onsite Cardiac emergencies and patients requiring procedures are transferred to another hospital
