• November 2

Schedule
• Monday through Friday, daytime/business hours
• Outpatient coverage with inpatient support during business hours
• No call
• No weekends
• Minimum commitment of 1 week per month
• Long-term opportunity with ongoing dates expected throughout 2027
Clinical Responsibilities
• General/Non-Invasive Cardiology
• Outpatient clinic
• Approximately 16 patients per day
• Provider must be able to do ECHO
• Inpatient support as needed during business hours
Support Staff
• 2 PSRs
• 3 CMAs
• 1 RN
• Provider will collaborate with 2 APRNs
EMR
• Oracle Cerner
Requirements
• DEA required
• VT license required
• IMLC candidates can be considered
• Current estimate is approximately 2.5 weeks for VT licensing through IMLC
