- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Coverage: Scheduled clinic hours only.
- Call: No call
- Overtime: After scheduled shift

- November 9–13, 2026
- November 23–25, 2026 – Clinic
- November 30–December 1, 2026

- December 7–11, 2026

Clinical Details:
- General Cardiology coverage
- Clinic sees approximately 18–24 patients/day
- Average daily census: 16–20
- Provider will perform cath for their own patients
- Patient population: 60+
- Support staff: MA, PCT, Nurse, and PA support for in-house coverage
- 2 physicians in the group
- Ongoing coverage is needed.
- Credentialing timeframe: approximately 30 days
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Cardiology – Required
- Arizona License or IMLC LOQ – Required
- ACLS – Preferred
- BLS – Preferred
- 2+ years of experience – Required
- Cerner experience
