Practice Setting and Clinical Scope

This role involves providing comprehensive cardiology care across four hospital sites, utilizing a hub-and-spoke model. The core responsibilities include general cardiology consultations, diagnostic procedures such as ECHO, TEE, EKG, and stress tests, and occasional night call duties. Schedule and Assignment Details

The typical work schedule is from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with the possibility of some night call coverage from 4:30 PM to 8:00 AM. While the role demands flexibility, it also promises predictability with a structured daytime schedule. The assignment begins in December 2026 and extends through February 2027, with potential for ongoing coverage beyond this period.

Support and Work Environment

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Cardiology is required.
• Active NE or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission) is required; an IA license is highly preferred.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and DEA certifications are highly preferred.
• Clean malpractice and background history are highly preferred.
• Availability to cover specific dates between December 2026 and February 2027 is required.
• Willingness to cover night calls across four sites is required.
