### **Overview:**
* Seeking a fellowship-trained Interventional Cardiologist with Structural Heart expertise to serve as Service Line Medical Director while maintaining an active clinical practice
* Provide leadership for cardiovascular services across multiple sites and regions as part of the cardiovascular leadership team
* Collaborate with physician leaders and operations teams to optimize growth, quality, operational efficiency, and financial performance
* Lead development of strategic plans, clinical pathways, quality initiatives, and standardization efforts
* Monitor clinical outcomes, registry performance, and patient experience metrics while implementing improvement strategies
* Support physician and APP development, recruitment, workforce planning, and program expansion
* Participate in business planning and evaluation of new technologies and clinical programs
* Foster a collaborative, patient-centered culture emphasizing innovation, quality, access, and exceptional patient experiences
* Administrative responsibilities account for approximately 30% of the role with 70% dedicated to clinical and service quality leadership
* Advanced degree in healthcare management and formal leadership training preferred
* Requires a minimum of five years of clinical practice experience and three years of leadership experience
