We are seeking a Board-Certified Cardiology Physician for an outpatient locum tenens opportunity in Georgia. This is a fantastic short-term assignment offering a structured weekday schedule with no hospital call responsibilities.
📍 Position Overview
- Specialty: Cardiology (Internal Medicine)
- Setting: Outpatient Clinic
- Start Date: August 5, 2026
- End Date: November 30, 2026
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours only (no call)
👨⚕️ Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient cardiology care
- Interpret EKGs and Holter monitors
- Manage approximately 14 patients per day
- Work within an Epic EMR system
✅ Requirements
- Board Certified (or Board Eligible) in Cardiology
- Active Georgia medical license
- Active DEA license required
- ACLS & BLS certifications required
- Prior outpatient cardiology experience is essential
