Director of Imaging and Cardiac Services opening near Dayton, OH
Position Overview:
Located in Sidney, OH
Full Time; Permanant

Seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking leader to serve as our Director of Imaging and Cardiac Services—a key role responsible for advancing and growing these critical service lines.
Develop and execute strategies to grow Imaging and Cardiac services
Expand outreach initiatives including mobile mammography
Identify opportunities for service line expansion and partnerships
Partner with physicians and community organizations
Serve as an ambassador for Imaging and Cardiac services
Collaborate across departments to improve care
Oversee daily operations across Imaging modalities (CT, MRI, Mammography, Ultrasound, etc.) and Cardiovascular services (Level II Cath Lab, Rehab, and Vascular Services)
Ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered care
Lead staffing, scheduling, and team development
Manage budget, productivity, and financial performance
Improve efficiency, access, and patient experience
Use data to drive decisions
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards
Oversee equipment and quality programs
Promote safety and accountability
Lead with a servant leadership mindset, focused on supporting, developing, and empowering their team
Be highly collaborative, building strong relationships across departments, with providers, and within the community
Demonstrate accountability and follow-through, holding themselves and others to high standards while maintaining respect and professionalism
Communicate with clarity and transparency, creating an environment of trust and consistency
Be visible and engaged, present in the department and actively connected to staff and operations
Approach challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset, balancing operational realities with strategic thinking

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
3+ years leadership experience in Imaging required
Cardiac experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of Imaging operations and regulations
Experience in growth or outreach preferred
