Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Cardiologist for a full-time locum's opportunity in beautiful Central Pennsylvania. This is an excellent long-term assignment offering a balanced mix of clinic, procedures, and call coverage in a supportive hospital setting.
Position Highlights
- Full-time ongoing coverage
- Clinic + hospital-based practice
- 1–2 nights of call/week
- 1:4–1:5 weekend call rotation
- Low callback volume
- EPIC EMR
- Temps available for clean files
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Day shifts: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- In lab approximately 3 days/week
Responsibilities
- General cardiology consults and follow-ups
- Nuclear reads
- Stress testing
- TEE procedures
- Cardioversions
- Echo monitoring
- Hospital rounding and call coverage
Requirements
✅ BC/BE in Cardiology
✅ Active PA License or IMLC LOQ REQUIRED
✅ DEA Required
✅ Nuclear Boarded REQUIRED
✅ Echo Boarded REQUIRED
⭐ CT Boarded preferred but not required
✅ Minimum 1 year experience

- 150 beds
- Adult patient population
- Average 17–18 patients/day
