Job description
We are seeking a Cardiologist for a locum tenens position in Lewisburg, PA. This is an ongoing locum tenens opportunity with a minimum 6-month commitment at an acute care facility. Please see below for more information.
150-bed acute care hospital
EMR: Epic
Job Responsibilities
See approximately 17–18 patients per day in clinic
Work in the cath lab 3 days per week
Perform nuclear reads, stress tests, TEEs, cardioversions, and echo monitoring
CT reads preferred but not required
Cover 1–2 nights of call per week with 1:4/5 weekend call rotation
Round on weekends as needed
Collaborate with APP support staff
Qualifications
Nuclear boarded and echo boarded required
CT boarded preferred
Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC Letter of Qualification (LOQ) in hand required
DEA required
Working Hours
Day shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
Clinic, procedures, and call coverage
1–2 nights of call per week
1:4/5 weekend call rotation
2-hour gratis
