Assignment Details
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Ongoing
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
Setting: Inpatient + Outpatient
Schedule: Full-time (Mon-Fri + call rotation)
Call Ratio: 1:6
Patients per Day: 10 clinic / 12-15 inpatient
EMR: Epic
Requirements
Active VA license
Board Certified
AHF Fellowship with LVAD experience
VAD Certified
Certifications: ACLS
DEA
Clean history
NPDB self-query (within 30 days)
Local provider required
Clinical Details
Non-invasive cardiology care across inpatient and outpatient settings
Management of adult and geriatric patients
Electrocardiograms (EKGs)
Supervision of APCs
Rotating night and weekend call
