We are actively seeking a Board Certified Cardiologist for a long-term locum opportunity in Chambersburg, PA. This role focuses on non-invasive cardiology with a strong mix of diagnostics and procedures, supported by a collaborative team including APPs and specialty services.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform and interpret:
o Stress testing (including nuclear)
o TEEs and cardioversions
o Echos, Holters, and EKGs
• Manage inpatient consults and patient care (25–35 patients/day)
• Collaborate with interventional and EP teams onsite
• Participate in occasional night/weekend call coverage
Qualifications
• Active Pennsylvania License (required)
• DEA required
• BLS or ACLS certification required
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred
Working Hours
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Minimum 6-month commitment
• Occasional night/weekend call
Skills
• Advanced cardiac diagnostic interpretation skills
• Ability to manage high patient volume efficiently
• CTA reading (preferred)
