Elevate your career as an Experienced Cardiac Anesthesiologist in Great Falls, joining a high-performing multispecialty team. Manage complex cardiac cases independently with skilled CRNA support, performing TEEs and advanced perioperative care in a modern acute care hospital.

Position Highlights


  • Independent cardiac anesthesia practice with CRNA support


  • Experienced cardiac team including 2 anesthesiologists

  • TEE experience required; echocardiography certification preferred


  • Week-on/week-off schedule with cardiac call during week-on


  • Variety of cardiovascular and surgical cases in modern facilities


Practice Environment


  • State-of-the-art acute care hospital with 36 inpatient beds


  • 5 ORs, 2 cath labs, bronchoscopy/procedure room, and 10 ICU beds


  • Surgery center with 4 ORs and dedicated endoscopy suite


  • Robotic and endoscopy service lines supported


  • Collaborative, provider-led culture prioritizing quality and autonomy

Candidate Requirements


  • Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist


  • Experience in cardiac anesthesia and TEE required


  • Echocardiography certification preferred but not required


  • Eligible for Montana medical licensure


  • Strong clinical judgment and independent practice skills
