Locums | Non-Invasive Cardiology | Clinic + Call | Palmer, AK Why This Role

  • Quick credentialing (approximately 15 days)
  • Mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient consults
  • Level III trauma center with ICU coverage
  • Strong clinical support staff
Assignment Details Start: ASAP Ongoing supplemental coverage Outpatient + Inpatient Scheduled clinical hours plus beeper call 30-minute response time required Call ratio approximately 50% EMR: Cerner / Athena Clinical Details Average 15 patients per day ICU coverage required Approximately 2 phone consults per day Estimated 1 admission per day RN (2), MA (4), 1 PA/NP, and office staff support No resident supervision No APP supervision required Required Skills Outpatient Cardiology Inpatient Cardiology including ICU Non-invasive Cardiology - Echocardiography required - Nuclear Cardiology preferred No invasive or interventional procedures required No electrophysiology required Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology Active Alaska license ABLS, ACLS, and BLS Fellowship training (3 years listed) Compensation Rates: Facility is accepting bids Malpractice: Provided Travel: Reimbursed
