Miami-Dade has a 100% outpatient General Cardiology opening that operates differently than most. It's a senior-focused, value-based model with no hospital call, no procedural demands, and a care team structure built around prevention and meaningful patient relationships.

Practice Overview

• 100% outpatient General Cardiology: no interventional work, no inpatient rounding, no cath lab, no STEMI call
• Balanced schedule of 15 to 20 patients per day with longer visit times and smaller panels (avg. ~345 patients, capped ~450)
• Collaborate closely with PCPs, care managers, and health coaches in a prevention-first model
• Read stress tests and interpret Holter monitors; serve as a clinical resource and educator within the care team

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, predictable clinic schedule
• No call and no weekends
• 100% consults and follow-ups in an outpatient setting
• Dedicated exam rooms within a multi-use clinic environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $400,000 to $450,000 base salary
• Up to 10% annual quality bonus based on quality metrics with no RVUs or production quotas
• Signing bonus and relocation assistance
• 33 days PTO plus holidays, $3,500 CME allowance with 5 CME days, 401(k) with up to 6% match, full medical, dental, and vision, and malpractice coverage

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
• Fellowship-trained General Cardiologist
• Comfortable in an outpatient-only, senior-focused model
• Ability to read stress tests and interpret Holter monitors; experience preferred
