We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified General Cardiologist for an immediate, ongoing assignment. This role offers a comprehensive mix of outpatient clinical management and essential inpatient call coverage.
Assignment Timeline & Onboarding
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Credentialing: Express 15-Day Window (Urgent Need)
Clinical Schedule & Setting
- Coverage Type: Combined Clinic + Call
- Practice Setting: Hospital-affiliated clinic and inpatient consults.
- EMR Systems: Athena: Outpatient/Clinic management.
- Cerner: Inpatient/Hospital procedures.
- Scope: Standard non-invasive cardiology, including clinic visits, inpatient rounding, and consults.
Requirements
- Licensure: Active Alaska (AK) State Medical License.
- Certification: Board Eligible (BE) or Board Certified (BC) in Cardiology.
- Life Support: Active ACLS, BLS, and ALS certifications are mandatory.
- Availability: Immediate start preferred; ongoing commitment desired.
