Join a rapidly expanding cardiovascular program in the Bronx and elevate your career with leadership, teaching, imaging, and procedural growth opportunities. This highly compensated Cardiologist role offers structured incentives for physicians with expertise in modern cardiovascular care, including advanced imaging and interventional skills.

Practice primarily in an outpatient setting with additional opportunities for cross-divisional consultations across a large multispecialty network serving diverse communities in New York City. Both non-interventional and interventional cardiologists are welcome. Fellows and experienced physicians encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cardiovascular evaluations and risk assessments
• Diagnose and manage coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, and vascular disorders
• Interpret ECGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, and cardiac imaging
• Order and analyze diagnostic labs and imaging studies
• Develop individualized treatment plans and preventive strategies
• Prescribe and manage cardiovascular medications
• Provide consultative services across internal divisions
• Educate patients and families on cardiac health and lifestyle modifications
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Participate in leadership, quality initiatives, and program development

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certification in Cardiovascular Disease (required)
• Completion of accredited Cardiology fellowship training
• Active New York State Medical License
• DEA registration
• Experience with ECG, Echocardiography, and Stress Testing
• Nuclear Cardiology, Cardiac CT, RPVI, procedural, or research experience highly valued
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
