Seeking a General Cardiologist to join a well-established cardiology program serving Griffin and the surrounding communities. This position offers a balanced mix of inpatient consults and outpatient clinic responsibilities, with strong system support and no requirement to interpret cardiac imaging.
### Overview:
* No requirement to read echocardiograms or other cardiac imaging
* Balanced inpatient consults and outpatient clinic schedule
* Established referral base with consistent patient volume
* Access to the broader health system's cardiovascular network for advanced cases
* Modern facilities and experienced clinical support staff
* Provide general cardiology care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
* Manage common cardiovascular conditions including coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, and hypertension
* Perform and interpret routine cardiology procedures as appropriate for general cardiology
* Collaborate with hospitalists, emergency medicine, and subspecialists for coordinated patient care
* Participate in shared call coverage (details dependent on group structure)
