Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive cardiovascular care, including both general and interventional cardiology services
- Perform interventional cardiology procedures in a modern, well-equipped setting
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of cardiac conditions
- Collaborate closely with cardiology colleagues, primary care providers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices
- Optional: Actively engage in teaching and mentoring internal medicine residents
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent) from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Interventional Cardiology Fellowship
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
- Eligibility for medical licensure in the state of West Virginia
- Strong clinical skills with a commitment to excellence in patient care
