Full time
An exceptional full-time opportunity is available for a Board Eligible or Board Certified Cardiologist to join a path-to-partnership practice in West Tennessee. This position welcomes non-invasive, invasive, and interventional cardiologists and offers a strong blend of physician autonomy, collaboration, and long-term career growth.
Practice Overview
* Join an established cardiology team consisting of six cardiologists and 14 advanced practice providers, including specialized heart failure and vein/vascular clinics
* Practice within a large, physician-owned multispecialty group comprising approximately 100 physicians across 25 specialties and subspecialties
* Brand-new outpatient surgery center
* In-house outpatient cardiac catheterization and vascular laboratories
* Comprehensive on-site diagnostic services including nuclear medicine, stress testing, echocardiography, and EKG
* Built-in referral base supported by 35+ primary care providers
Call Structure
* Physicians participate in a rounding week every seven weeks, supported by two inpatient nurse practitioners
* Hospital call responsibilities are isolated to the rounding week
* Each physician also participates in a backup week during the seven-week cycle, supporting office-based and unassigned noninvasive studies

Compensation and Benefits
* Two-year base salary guarantee
