- Expected start date: March/April 2026 – expecting to submit for an expedited credentialling, so WA license and DEA must be in hand.
- Reason for opening: Gap in coverage

- Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient or Both? Both

- Call requirement: Yes, on average 1:6
- Rounding, admissions, or none? Rounding and admissions.
- Patient demographics: Adult
- Average patients per day: 14-16
- Required Procedures: Cardioversions, TEE's
- Required clinical activity in the last 24 months (case logs): Applicant must provide documentation of provision of cardiovascular disease services representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months.
- Will provider work solo? If not, other providers specialties working with them: Yes
- Licensed Candidate: Yes, must have WA license and DEA in hand
- Required certifications (Must be from American Heart Association or American Red Cross as applicable): BLS, ACLS
- EMR: EPIC
