Non-Invasive Cardiology Opportunity – Outpatient Focus | No Call
Location: St. Johnsbury, VT - Burlington 75m
Setting: Outpatient with Inpatient Consults
Employment Type: Full-Time, permanent position
Position Overview

Clinical Responsibilities
* Provide non-invasive cardiology care for adult patients
* Interpret and oversee outpatient diagnostic testing including
* Echocardiograms
* Cardiac monitors
* Stress testing and stress echocardiograms
* Perform inpatient cardiology consultations
* Collaborate closely with primary care, emergency medicine, and hospitalist teams
* Review and sign cardiac rehabilitation documentation
* Perform cardioversion and transesophageal echocardiograms (preferred but not required)
* Support cardiac device clinic two days per week, managing pacemaker and ICD patients across multiple device platforms

Qualifications
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
* Proficiency in reading echocardiograms, cardiac monitors, and stress tests
* Experience managing adult cardiovascular conditions
* Licensed or eligible for licensure in Vermont
* Interest in rural medicine and community-based practice
