Locums | Cardiology | Clinic + Call | Missoula, MT (IMLC accepted) Why This Role

  • Ongoing supplemental need with the opportunity for consistent weekly scheduling
  • Balanced mix of inpatient, outpatient, and echo-focused clinical work
  • Strong APP and nursing support with primarily phone-based call coverage
Assignment Details Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours with call Typical schedule is weekly coverage, Monday 8:00am through Monday 7:00am Providers ideally cover one to three weeks per month Clinic days generally run 8:00am–4:00pm with a mix of inpatient rounding and echo reading Weekend call is 24-hour beeper call and is rarely called back onsite Clinical Details Average daily volume of 9–12 clinic patients Inpatient cardiology coverage with ICU exposure Outpatient clinic and echocardiography interpretation included Support team includes cardiology APPs, nursing staff, and office support Epic EMR Trauma Level II facility Requirements Board Certified Cardiologist Active Montana license required or IMLC accepted ACLS required Comfort with inpatient and outpatient cardiology Ability to supervise APPs Compensation Rates: Facility is accepting bids Malpractice: Provided Travel: Reimbursed
