Coverage Needed
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- End Date: 6 months with potential to expand
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Clinical Details
- Outpatient cardiology visits for new and established patients
- Supervision of diagnostic testing, including stress testing and nuclear stress testing in office
- not be required to do diagnostic reads
- Estimated 16 patients per day
- Support Staff: Medical Assistant, Patient Service Assistant, Nurse triage
- EMR: Epic
Requirements
- Active PA license
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
