- Other details: The facility which is stroke-certified and trauma level 2 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. There are an average of 18-20 patients per shift.

Job Responsibilities
* Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with cardiovascular conditions
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Epic EMR
* Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care
* Manage an average patient load of 18–20 patients per shift
Qualifications
* Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Cardiology
* Active Idaho state license or IMLC membership
* Ability to complete credentialing within 60–90 days
* Experience in outpatient cardiology care preferred
Working Hours
* On-site clinical hours only
* No call or inpatient responsibilities

* Proficiency with Epic EMR

* Ability to manage a high-volume outpatient practice
