We are seeking a skilled Locums Invasive–Interventional Cardiology Physician to provide high-quality cardiac care at a Level II Trauma Center in Lecompte, LA. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to support a community hospital while delivering comprehensive cardiovascular services.
Position Details
- Setting: Inpatient / Hospital-based
- Coverage Requirements:
- 24-hour unassigned ER call coverage
- Inpatient consults and ongoing management of cardiac patients
- Support ER staff with emergent cardiology cases
- Patient Volume: Approximately 10 patients per day
- Procedures: Full scope of invasive and interventional cardiology procedures as needed for hospital coverage
- EMR: Eclinical Works
Qualifications
- Board Certified Cardiologist (Invasive/Interventional)
- Active Louisiana medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Current DEA
