Membership-Based Model | Phoenix, AZ
Full-Time | $750K Base | Up to $1M Total Potential
HealthspanMD is a physician-led cardiovascular longevity platform seeking a non-invasive Cardiologist to serve as a clinical anchor for heart health and prevention within our membership-based model.
This is not hospital call-driven cardiology and not RVU-based productivity medicine. This is a capped-panel, prevention-first platform focused on longitudinal cardiovascular risk reduction and advanced diagnostics.
Position Highlights
• Guaranteed $750,000 base salary from Day 1
• Total earning potential up to ~$1,000,000
• Capped panel of patients
• No RVUs or volume quotas
• No insurance-driven churn
• Advanced diagnostics and prevention-focused infrastructure
• Executive-level patient population
Compensation & Benefits
• $750K guaranteed base
• Incentive compensation tied to panel maturity and retention
