Morris Hospital & Healthcare Centers is seeking a BE/BC Cardiologist who desires to become part of a well-established, collegial group of Cardiology specialists. The open position is due to increased Cardiology volumes from the communities we support, which consistently choose Morris Hospital as a top choice for care.

Practice Highlights:
- Step into an established practice from day one. We offer a flexible 36-hour workweek in the office, including at least 1 evening. Outpatient offices are located in Morris (across from the main hospital campus), Dwight, Ottawa, and Channahon, which offer ancillary, primary, specialty care, and advanced Cardio and Imaging services.
- Work with an outstanding employed group who help each other all the time and have a phenomenal reputation; Dr. Syed Ahmed, Dr. Mostafa Ghanim, Dr. Mary Menz, Dr. Jibran Rana, Sherese Pruss, NP, Morgan Jackson, NP, and Dr. Alexander Green, an Electrophysiologist from Loyola Medical Center—as well as an experience Practice Manager and excellent clinical and non-clinical support staff.
- Enjoy 1:5 General Call at one hospital, which includes reading a good volume of Echo, Stress, and Nuclear Stress tests, and rounding on inpatients on call days. Our newly remodeled Cardiac Diagnostics Department was expanded and conveniently moved next to the Cath Lab as part of our Master Facility Plan.
- Our Rhythm of Our Youth Program has performed over 5,000 free EKG screenings for local high school students across public and private schools in our service area since 2016, helping prevent sudden cardiac death by identifying students with undiagnosed cardiac abnormalities.
