Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider (ARNP or PA) for a full-time locums assignment to provide outpatient cardiology coverage on a locum tenens basis in Silverdale, Washington (WA). This is an outpatient clinic-only position with no inpatient responsibilities, hospital rounding, procedures, call, or weekend coverage.
Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider Role:
Location: Silverdale, WA
Setting: Outpatient Cardiology Clinic
Contract Length: 6-9 months
Schedule: Full-time, clinic only Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities Include:
- Follow-up cardiology patient visits
- Annual cardiology examinations
- Acute outpatient cardiology visits
- Inbox coverage and management for absent providers
- Interpretation of cardiology imaging and diagnostic testing
- Team-based care with cardiologists and clinic staff
EMR: EPIC
Requirements:
WA license, active and unrestricted
Board Certified
Minimum of 2 years of outpatient cardiology experience
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently
