- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: 09-30-2026
- Schedule: 1 of every 4 weeks, Monday 7AM - Monday 7AM
- Inpatient from 7AM-7PM with night call 7PM-7AM
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call

- Trauma Level: 1
- EMR: Epic
- Call Type: Beeper
- Call Response Time Required: 20 Mins
- Phone Consults: Yes
Requirements
- Board Certification: Required
- Fellowship: Preferred
- ACLS: Yes
- BLS: Yes
- Experience with ECMO, VV and VA Impella, Durable LVADs
- Participation in shock program
- Primary attending responsibilities for ECMO and LVAD
