Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced physician for Interventional Neurology to work locum shifts in Canyon County, Idaho (ID). Starting December 1, 2025, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.
Current Coverage Needed: 24-hour call
- 12/2 (7a) - 12/8 (7a)
- 12/23 (7a) - 1/5 (7a)
- 1/22 (7a) - 1/28 (7a)
- 2/18 (7a) - 2/24 (7a)
- 3/19 (7a) - 3/25 (7a)
- 4/16 (7a) - 4/21 (7a)
The Interventional Cardiology Role:
- Locum role Dates- December 1, 2026– long term locums’ role
- Shifts- Call coverage only- no clinical
- Inpatient only
- Volume- 3 consult’s per day, 2 procedures per day
- EE's would be highly preferred. Balloon pumps, coronary stents, IVUs and IFR are important
- STEMI volumes vary greatly. In 2020 they averaged 3 STEMI activations per week
Requirements for the Interventional Cardiology role:
- ID state license; active, unrestricted
- Active Board certification
- Certifications- DEA and BLS
- 2 years of experience
- Prefer provider to cover all currently open shifts
