* Provide inpatient and outpatient care for advanced heart failure, cardiomyopathy, and complex cardiovascular disease
* Manage heart failure therapies including mechanical circulatory support and advanced pharmacologic treatment
* Collaborate with cardiothoracic surgery, electrophysiology, interventional cardiology, and a team of advanced practice providers
