### EP Cardiology opening in Chicago

### Overview:
* Scope: 100% EP (general cardiology optional if desired)
* Schedule: ~16 hrs/week procedures; ~20 hrs/week clinic and device reads
* Case Volume: ~2–3 procedures/day (depending on complexity)
* Call: Minimal; practice-only call (no hospital call)
* Support: Device clinic, NP support, and strong referral base from general cardiology
* Coverage: May split between 2 hospitals to build case volume

* Base Salary: $600,000–$650,000+ (two-year guarantee)
* Earning Potential: Productivity-based model after guarantee
